We’re looking for a consultant to set the thinking behind the work — the audits, the prioritisation, and the arguments that make an AI project land with the people who actually sign off on it. You’ll shape what we build before anyone writes a line of code.

What you’ll do

• Run opportunity audits — find where AI genuinely earns its keep, and where it doesn’t.

• Turn messy inputs — interviews, workflows, data — into a clear, prioritised roadmap.

• Build the business case that helps clients decide, then help them decide.

• Work alongside engineers so the strategy shows up in shipped tools, not just the document.

• Shape how we scope, pitch, and decide what’s worth doing.

What we’re looking for

• Several years in strategy, consulting, or product — ideally close to data or AI.

• The ability to write and speak with clarity, especially when the topic is technical.

• Enough fluency with AI to tell a real use case from a hyped one.

• Curiosity that goes past the brief, and the discipline to land somewhere.

• A track record of work that changed what a client did, not just what they thought.

We hire slowly and give real ownership, so this isn’t a seat on a big strategy bench — it’s the strategy function.
