We’re after an engineer who cares as much about whether a model holds up in production as whether the demo lands. You’ll build the systems behind our work — turning AI pilots into tools that are reliable, measurable, and actually used day to day.

What you’ll do

• Build and ship AI features end to end — data plumbing, model integration, evaluation, and the interface around it.

• Treat reliability, latency, and cost as features, not afterthoughts.

• Work shoulder to shoulder with our consultants, closing the gap between a promising pilot and a production rollout.

• Prototype quickly when a decision needs to be tested against real data rather than argued in a deck.

• Help set our engineering standards and keep them honest as we grow.

What we’re looking for

• Strong engineering skills — solid Python and TypeScript, and experience wiring LLMs or ML models into real products.

• A track record of shipping systems that survived contact with real users and real data.

• Genuine care for evaluation, observability, and performance — you measure before you claim.

• Enough product sense to know when a simpler solution beats a clever one.

• Comfort working closely with clients, not behind a ticket queue.
