We’re looking for someone to own delivery from the first conversation to the final measurement. You’ll lead a small number of AI projects at a time — scoping, rollout, adoption, and the numbers that prove it worked — and see each one through properly, instead of juggling a dozen at once.

What you’ll do

• Lead AI projects end to end: scope, plan, rollout, and the measurement that shows impact.

• Keep projects honest — on scope, on track, and grounded in what the client can actually adopt.

• Work directly with clients: run the sessions, manage the relationship, and make the hard calls early.

• Partner with our consultants and engineers so the rollout holds up in the real workflow, not just the pilot.

• Help shape how we work: our process, our standards, and what we choose to say no to.

What we’re looking for

• A track record of delivering complex projects you can talk through honestly — what worked, what you’d change, and why.

• Real command of planning, communication, and stakeholder wrangling. You know how to keep a room moving.

• Comfort owning client relationships and outcomes, not just status reports.

• Several years delivering technical or change projects, in-house or in a consultancy. The work matters more than the title.

• Opinions held lightly — you can argue a point and still change your mind.

We’re a small team and we hire slowly, so the person in this role has real ownership from the start. We’re remote, we keep the project count low on purpose, and we’d rather do a few things properly than spread ourselves thin. No hype, no busywork — just practical AI work for clients who value it.
