What scaling teams get wrong about automation
Spoiler: less hype, more honesty. Here's the kind of AI work we get out of bed for.
People ask what it’s like to work here, so here’s the honest version. We’re practical. A little stubborn. And we have almost no patience for AI hype. The clients we like best don’t want to be dazzled. They want someone who’ll tell them the truth, build the thing properly, and stick around until it works without us.
Three things we believe
Honesty beats hype. We'll talk you out of an AI project that won't pay off. Yes, even when it's our invoice on the line. It's also exactly why the clients who stay trust us with the work that matters.
Demos are easy. Results are the job. A shiny demo proves nothing. We're after the boring, beautiful evidence: hours handed back, decisions made in minutes instead of days, a bottleneck that's just… gone.
Shipping is the halfway point. Anyone can hand over a model. The rollout, the training, the awkward week three when everyone forgets to use it. That's where most AI quietly dies. So that's where we spend our energy.
Why we care
"I spent years watching teams buy AI they never opened. I'd rather be the person who tells them the truth before they spend the money." Emma, Strategy
"Making something complicated just work in someone's Tuesday morning? That's the whole job. That's the fun." David, Delivery
Come build with us
We're small, we're hiring, and we'd rather meet a real human than read one more buzzword-stuffed CV. If any of this sounds like you, come say hi.
